Ground Level can accommodate 6 people comfortably in it's 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with the following: Spacious kitchen with polished cement counters, breakfast bar, large living room and comfortable outdoor living spaces. Bedrooms are fully equipped with:
1 Queen-size bed in the first Guest Room, 1 Double in the second Guest Room and a Queen in the Master. A/C in all bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, all Bed & Bath linen and cable TV. Large outdoor porch with tables, chairs and couches. Pvt. Parking in gated yard.
Second Floor can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably with the same amenities as the first level.
1st Guest room has 2 Queen size beds, 2nd Guest Room has 1 Double bed and Master Bedroom has a Pvt. bath and a King size bed, a/c in bedrooms and spacious top covered deck with tables and chairs. Great views and sunsets from the covered porches.
There is a laundry room on the side of the home, a BBQ, and also an outdoor shower which can be used by both levels. This property is perfect for extended families!
