Casa Mae is a newly constructed 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom vacation home located in in the Puntas section of Rincon. The house is located on a hill facing west so you can enjoy beautiful sunsets while sitting on your own private covered balcony or rooftop terrace. All local beaches are free and located less than a half mile from the property.
Amenities: Fully-equipped kitchen: full size refrigerator, full range, microwave oven, toaster, blender, coffee maker, cooking pots, pans & utensils, dishware for 10 and a dining table which seats six. Living Room: Seating for 6, a full-size couch, love seat & chair, flat screen TV with cable. Balcony: seating for six, covered balcony accessible from the living room and kitchen via sliding glass doors, plus a BBQ grill on balcony. Bedrooms: queen beds, bed linens, bath towels & beach towels. The fourth bedroom is located on the lower level of the house, with separate access via an outdoor staircase on the side of the house. This private bedroom has a queen size bed, nightstand and a personal bathroom. Rooftop Terrace: Accessed by spiral staircase from the balcony. This expansive area has a patio table for 6 and deck chairs. Additional Amenities: Free internet access, Outdoor shower, Automatic back-up water, Outdoor parking for four cars, Full size washer and dryer. Maid service available for stays of more than seven nights, or upon request, at an extra charge
