Amapola House is a new three-level vacation Villa located on a ocean-view hillside near Sandy Beach. The interior is designer-decorated and includes heirloom antiques and historic photos of Old Rincon. It offers four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a Starlight Veranda and a Sunset Terrace with a jumbo spa tub that overlooks a vast nature preserve and the sea. A fourth bedroom suite is situated on its own level and offers a private bathroom, terrace, Internet with Wi-Fi and network outlet, flat screen TV with cable service, compact refrigerator, coffee-maker and microwave oven.
VIP Concierge Services: Upon your arrival, you are personally met by our manager, who will give you a tour of the villa and show you all of our amenities and answer all your questions. You'll be provided with your own guide books and our local newspaper that tells you all the places to go and everything that's happening during your stay. You'll also find a complimentary bottle of wine in the wine cooler, as well as coffee, cheese, crackers and bottled water.
During your stay, our manager will be available to assist you. Catered meals and other services can be furnished upon request. Upon checking-out, our manager will be present to assist you with any return travel questions and to make sure that nothing is left behind.
